Hundreds Will Ride For Motorcycle Safety

Killeen News Now – Four to six hundred motorcycle riders will use I-14 as they pass through Killeen on Sunday in an effort to promote motorcycle safety and awareness.

The 11th annual Do You See Me Now event will take place on Sunday. The event aims to promote motorcycle safety and awareness on the road. Registration will begin at 10 a.m. at Bell County Motoworks in Temple. The cost is $15 for single riders and $20 for double riders. Police escorts will provide safety measures. Food vendors will be on hand. The ride will begin at 1 p.m. Riders will pass through Belton, Killeen, and Copperas Cove using Interstate 14. The group will reach Lampasas High School around 2 p.m. Three different mayors will be presenting proclamations before and after the ride.
