Jordan Snyder Charged With Sexual Assault Of A Child

Killeen News Now – Jordan Snyder, 22, Fort Hood, was indicted for sexual assault of a child after police found evidence of a sexual relationship between him and a 15-year-old Temple girl.

On Nov. 17, 2021, officers with the Temple Police Department interviewed a girl who told them she was in a relationship with Snyder from July 2020 to December 2020. The girl told officers she and Snyder had sex multiple times. On Feb. 9, Jordan Snyder was indicted for the sexual assault of a child. Sexual assault of a child is a second-degree felony. Snyder is facing a sentence of 2 to 20 years in prison if convicted. Snyder admitted having sex with the minor during that time frame. Cellphone data obtained during the investigation contained explicit messages, nude photographs, and a video of the two having sex. Snyder posted a $100,000 bond on Nov. 24, 2021.
